Meet Jay Sulfrian
Jay Sulfrian served his country during Operation Desert Storm. He came home changed — rated 100% service-disabled by the VA. But if you know veterans, you know that "disabled" doesn't mean "done." It means the mission changed shape.
For Jay, the new mission started with a 3D printer. What began as a way to keep his hands busy and his mind sharp turned into something bigger. He started printing military-style novelty items — grenade salt shakers, retro toys, things that made people smile and started conversations. People wanted to buy them. And just like that, Old School Munitions was born.
But Jay wasn't just building a business. He was building a mission. He knew what it felt like to come home from war and wonder what came next. He knew other disabled veterans were asking the same question. So he decided that Old School Munitions would be more than a company — it would be a place where disabled veterans could learn advanced manufacturing, earn a paycheck, and find purpose again.

The Old School Munitions Foundation
We're not stopping at a business. Old School Munitions is actively planning a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation dedicated to training and employing disabled veterans in advanced 3D manufacturing.
The foundation will provide hands-on training in 3D printing, CAD design, and small-batch manufacturing — giving disabled veterans skills that translate directly into jobs in one of America's fastest-growing industries. Veterans who complete the program will have the option to join Old School Munitions or take their skills anywhere in the additive manufacturing field.
This isn't charity. This is investment. Disabled veterans have proven they can handle hard situations. We're giving them the tools to handle the next one.
